- The first step is to meet to determine your needs and desires for
your individual home. We will also lend assistance or direction when
considering the loan pre-qualification process.

- Reeves General Contractors will offer plans and suggestions that cater
to your desire regarding your home construction. Typically at this time,
final changes to structural plans are made.

- At this time, you are given cost estimates complete with materials
list, builder’s fees, permit fees, a copy of the final plans,
and a construction/sale agreement. All of this information is needed
when applying for construction financing.

- From start to finish, we are available to meet you either at the job
site or at our office to discuss the progress of your home, to listen
to any possible concerns you may have, or to answer any questions.

- This meeting should take place approximately one week prior to your
occupying the home. This gives you the opportunity to identify any imperfections
that may need attention prior to your taking residence in the home.

- This meeting should take place approximately 30 days after you have
moved in. This gives you time to identify any items of concern you may
have and to submit that list to Reeves General Contractors. Upon receipt,
Reeves will make necessary repairs in a timely manner.

- Reeves General Contractors provides a one-year warranty that covers
all builder warranty items.
